Yes. Every device ships with a 12-month warranty covering both parts and labour. If a covered fault appears, we repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to change your mind. If the phone is not right for you, start a return from your account and we will email you a prepaid label — return shipping is on us, and refunds are issued once the device is back with us.
How healthy is the battery?
Every battery is tested against Apple's health benchmark. If it falls below our standard for the grade, we fit a new replacement cell before the phone is listed, so you start with dependable all-day capacity.
Are the phones unlocked for any carrier?
Yes. Our iPhones are fully carrier-unlocked, so you can pop in a SIM or eSIM from the network of your choice and start using it right away.
What's included in the box?
Your iPhone arrives factory-reset and sanitized, with a USB charging cable and a SIM-eject tool. To keep things sustainable and prices low, the original retail box and power adapter are not included.
